Our Process
Discovery
We want to find out more about you, your business goals and your vision. After our 30 min - 1-hour discovery call, we’ll send over a project timeline and quote. Once the proposal is confirmed and we receive your 50% deposit, we can book a start date.
Strategy
We’ll take a deep dive into your brand positioning, target audience and market analysis, which will guide the creative direction. Next, we’ll present some initial creative direction concepts and moodboards, based on this strategy.
Design
After receiving your feedback on the creative direction, we’ll begin your website or brand design using this as a guide. For branding, I usually suggest 2 or 3 concepts to choose from. I also include mock ups for both branding and web-design packages so you can have a clear idea of how the final product looks like.
REFINEMENTS
You’ll review the brand or website presentation and send over any feedback. We can make up to 3 revisions needed and develop the visuals further.
Launch
Your new brand identity and/or website is ready to go live! We’ll provide you with all the final files and assets, alongside a brand guidelines document.

We believe behind every great brand, there is so much more than a logo. Our creative process is strategy first - every design decision is carefully thought out. This includes font pairings, and colour/stylistic choices, specifically chosen to reflect your brand and its unique story. For that reason, we develop a full-service brand identity, and don’t offer just logo design.

Our Brand Identity services offer between 1-3 rounds of revision depending on each tier. We follow a collaborative process that involves sign off and structured feedback stages, this ensures we are always aligned with creative direction and expectations.

We design on Squarespace for custom-coded websites, Wix and Shopify. Not sure which one to choose? Send us a message and we will be happy to help you to make the best choice.

Typically a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in our calendar. The remaining 50% is expected to be paid just before the delivery of your final files. Payment plans are also available if needed.

Absolutely. I understand branding can be a daunting process and big investment, both financially and personally. After your 50% deposit is paid, your project can be broken into two instalments to create a branding experience that both meets you where you are and honours where you want to go.
